...the 'R's retook the state senate and expanded their margin in the state assembly - 18R - 15D and 60R - 39D, respectively. Thus, the Republicans are more powerful in Wisconsin's state government now than they were on the day before that all of that recall silliness began nearly two years ago (the assembly was 59R - 40D then).
Also, all of Wisconsin's USHouse incumbents won and the one open seat, covering the Madison area, was retained by the 'D's, for the delegation to remain 5R - 3D.
