I am pretty sure ribs are the bane of my existence. I can never eat only one... or only a half rack.... I end up eating the entire rack and feel sick.... I mean a good sick... but sick.
That's my buddy BigTim. He, another friend & I built that cooker. BigTim has a special rub receipe for the meats he cooks and it is outstanding. Those ribs were from the summer ribfest and you CAN NOT eat just one. We usually keep Rolaids and Tums nearby because, like you, we eat way too many ribs.

The cooker will be out again for New Years. RIbs, brisket, pork shoulders and chicken will be cooking all day getting ready.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.

People will miss that it once meant something to be Southern or Midwestern. It doesn't mean much now, except for the climate. The question, “Where are you from?” doesn't lead to anything odd or interesting. They live somewhere near a Gap store, and what else do you need to know? - Garrison Keillor

^^ You suck. I haven't had a grilled steak in ages since we live in a high rise and have no grill. I refuse to pay $40 to eat a steak in a restaurant.

In heaven there is no beer. That's why we drink it here.
