Christmas time will find Otterpop in his homeland - south Louisiana - where he hopes to find crawfish, soft-shell crab and seafood gumbo. It will be a week of feeling stuffed 24-7. My checkbook will become lighter as I become heavier.
I didn't see it in the picture, but I hope the crawfish boil incuded garlic. Garlic boiled in crab boil acquires a buttery texture and is so good spread on a saltine.
