Rough park creation/renovation costs?

For a project I am working on, I am looking for a very rough price per square foot to renovate a park space or make one out of asphalt. Any landscape architect types out there that have an estimate? Or can give me recent costs to renovate/create park space and the approximate size of the park?

For those of you who are interested (and based on the lack of responses there may not be anyone) the best figure I got was $100-130 per square foot for a high end renovation.
