Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

That is an excellent question! If you think about the concept of time as being like a Mobius strip - you will understand that they never truly left us.

Do you think that lights cones truly have anything to do with our perception of time?

I don't buy the contention that signals and other causal influences cannot travel faster than light. We already know at the quantum level that doesn't hold true.
I confess I don't know what a mobius strip really is, and therefore could not possibly use an Escher drawing to illustrate the principle. I just thought it was a nice picture. If you insist on pressing the issue further I shall insist it was purely a coincidence.Originally posted by ofos

The trick of it is to make sure you are on the correct side of the giving and receiving end of things. Giving someone a black eye for instance is vastly superior to receiving one (and that addresses your making the receiver feel inferior question too.[/quote]

Probably the time I pulled the chandelier from my parents ceiling when playing Tarzan (personally I think they made too much of it. I would have been more inclined to write off the experience as the youthful exuberance exhibited by a 32 year old)

What's the name of the James Bond film where he disguises himself by donning a superfluous nipple?
