Generally speaking, I find that if you did a good job, your seniors will remember it, regardless of when you did the good job. However, if you subsequenly messed something up, it'll be always be the last thing you messed up on that defines how you'll be remembered, unfortunately. Moral of the story is, if you have to mess something up, make sure you do something really good after the mess up.. otherwise it'll be the mess up that counts, irrespective of when it happened. I think that's a Dilbert rule, or it should be...![]()
