The only one off the top of my head is ITE's Context Sensitive Design for Thoroughfares. The rest of them IMHO are just rearrangement of the deck chairs.Originally posted by JusticeZero

The High Cost of Free Parking. Agree with Don Shoup or not, it is widely quoted. And I think there is a lot of good material in there, personally.
