I was writing a paper on Government employee housing. In my area government housing quarters are 50 years old and have completed their life and are deteriorating. I have a concept or Urban renewal , urban regeneration and land recycling of these areas. I am not getting study models related to government housing that would seek the urban renewal process. On what model should i stay focused ? Pl help in this regard
