Committee procedures manual - got one?

I am currently writing a committe procedures manual - things governing their meetings (pretty standard stuff I can do off the top of my head) but more pointedly, their communication/relationship with the chief elected officials and staff -

I did a search for this on the full forum because I feel a big deja vu with this subject but couldn't find it

Your brainy help is most appreciated!

A lot of this might be in various Boards' Rules & Regulations, if they have them. I know that many Planning Boards in Massachusetts do.

Yeah I am playing with the one from Amherst now - it reads like a United Nations treaty but it is working...
