Do you think a person with a bachelor's in urban planning is competitive enough in the field? I visited Ryerson's School of Planning and I really loved it, so was considering to go there but for there bachelors... ideas?

I always just look at what job ad's require for qualifications.
I'm personally taking the route of a planning-related undergrad (geography, environmental studies, architecture, ect) ... and then getting a masters of urban planning after. I think having two disciplines might give one a more diversified way of looking at problems and an edge over the competition. However, attaining a job in the planning field could be delayed until the Master's is done... whereas if you get your Bachelors in planning, you may have the opportunity to step right into that world and start gaining experience.
