Hey Fellow Blousteiners,
We are looking for some people to help fill our awesome apartment on the first floor of 281 Hamilton St. A few of us are moving out of our apartment and those staying are looking to fill the apartment so we can make it an all Bloustein house again for next year! Our apartment is four bedrooms, has lots of windows, a very large backyard (especially by NB standards) with a grill and kitchen with dishwasher, which we all know is essential for students :P. It's in a safe and nice neighborhood. Rent for the first floor apartment is $2000/month + utilities, which usually are around 50-70/month (cable and internet are included in this), depending on the month. The apartment does not have a living room, but my (Sean's) room is huge so we double that room as a living room that is equipped with two couches, a flat screen TV and surround sound. Our lease runs until the end of May and I think the new lease date is flexible.
