Assembling of bullets. Small scale operation (<5 workers). Where does your code place them?

    Light industrial given the size.

Truthfully, their bigger issues will be with the fire marshall.

"Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country."

That's what I would do as well. It's more of a building code and fire marshall issue.

Also check what the state & fed permits require of the local gov't.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.
