Nice shots, RJ. I wish more people cared about architecture like that, and that more architects today could do it.
Chicago has such great architecture. Through such a range of eras.
Love the old style clock at the top of that tower in the 1st pic of this thread. Reminds me of the clock tower ceremony on Back to the Future 3.

Yepper. Those three-flat rooftop seats kind of evolved into what they are from little private 'tenants and guests' rooftop patios over the past couple of decades and are now a fairly big business for the landlords - such that the Cubs forced them into licensing agreements to continue to allow the tiers of seats.
One thought that I had not long ago is that with the pending renovation of Wrigley Field, the Cubs should have made a deal with those 'across the street' property owners to build their new big-screen scoreboard behind the seats on one or more of those rooftops.
