Taking the AICP CTP exam - any recommendations for study materials?

I have recently signed up for the AICP Certified Transportation Planner Exam and will be taking the exam next week. Having scoured the internet and seeing a lack of practice exams and materials for the CTP Exam, I'm wondering what the best resources are for studying for the exam - I checked the APA website and came up with these sources:

1) Certified Transportation Planner Study Guide - $25 fee - membership in the Transportation Planning Division required (I signed up for it yesterday but the wonderful customer service at APA said I'll be able to access the resources in 3 days...yikes)
2) Advanced Transportation Planning Streaming Media #1, 2, 3 - $169 fee per presentation
3) APA Policy Guides - free

Out of those three resources, which resources are most effective for this test? While it appears that #2 most closely correlates to the outline of topics covered on the exam, I'm very hesitant of spending an additional $500+ on study materials when the exam itself was $500 (all of this out of my own pocket as my employer is unable to cover these costs). Any recommendations on effective resources for exam prep would be greatly appreciated!

Hope this isn't too late but I found that the APA Policy Guides were quite helpful for the questions on the test. Good luck.

Buy everything you can get your hands on. The test has a less than 50 percent pass rate. Think about it $1,000 is expensive, but nowadays it doesn't even pay for one college class. Unlike your degrees the AICP CTP can be put after your name everywhere, so yes it is worth it over the long run.
