    Hello All

Hi everyone. I'm a rising sophomore Environmental Science major in university in North Carolina. Like many other people I know, I still haven't quite figured out what I want to do with my life. One of the things that has been interesting to me recently is urban planning. When I was digging around looking for information on urban planning, Cyburbia kept popping up so I figured why not make an account and lurk? I mainly plan on just looking at all the projects you guys are doing, and maybe popping in with questions when I have them. The main interests I have are in rural and environmental planning. Cheers!

Welcome, Isaac, from the Great State of Ohio! Don't just lurk, join in. We don't care if you never become a planner. We just like new people. Look around and once you get comfortable, stop in the FAC for some good times.

    Glad to have you.

Hello from Kansas! I'm happy to answer anything about rural planning. It's definately different than the regular city planning. I can't help so much with the enviornmental part though.
Need a planner? Why not Dvd?

Glad to know there isn't any pressure. Where are you from in Ohio?

I'll probably pick your brain at some point if you don't mind. I'm actually in a student USGBC at my university so I've gotten a taste of environmental planning there. I haven't had a chance to meet any rural planners though so I'm definitely glad to meet you!

    Greetings from the Florida panhandle.

I have a history of rural planning under my belt....wait, that doesn't sound right... Shall I rephrase that?
A nuisance may be merely a right thing in the wrong place — like a pig in the parlor instead of the barnyard.
