POSITION: Dark Sky Places Program Manager

HOURS: 40 hours/week
The Dark Sky Places Program Manager will report directly to the Managing Director of International Dark-Sky Association (IDA). The Dark Sky Places Program Manager is in charge of organizing and developing the IDA Dark Sky Places program (IDSP); and is IDA’s lead for writing, editing and production of print and electronic publications, including social media.
The program manager will be dedicated to the organization’s success, able to work autonomously by setting his or her own goals and seeing them fulfilled;, innovative and actively motivated to develop new ideas for the organization to pursue as a whole, able to work in a team setting, as well as able to set deadlines and meet them while upholding a high standard of organization
