In need of advice and help!!!! Easements & Building Lines

Recently purchase 5.5 acres of land and now I'm trying to build on the property. Prior to previous owner a sub-divided plot or subdivision was planned on the land. Several UE's and AE's on property and I have went thru the pain of getting these removed only now to be told I also have Building Lines and a 10" Private DE. Do these items needs to be released also or does this matter since I own all 5.5 acres of the property? Anyone able to give me some guidance.

Presumably there is a city or county planning assn that can provide you with realistic answers. You'd need to know the current zone district, permitted uses, and building requirements for the municipality, and that office is in the best position to help you.

I would think you could eliminate many of the problems by simply filing a new plat combining the subdivided parcels.
