The Municipal Research & Services Center of Washington (MRSC) is looking for information from communities that have major trail corridors, particularly in the urban and suburban areas. We are interested in information on the uses to be encouraged and associated appropriate zoning regulations for areas along or within a certain distance from a multi-use trail corridor, especially a former rail corridor.
