Research - bicycle education programs

Does anyone know of any widespread bicycle education programs that are implemented in their city/county?

I am currently collecting information for a Thesis evaluating the effects on safety relative to program costs of various Safe Routes to School bicycle education programs.

Thus far, cities I have identified include:
- Portland and Eugene, OR
- Marin County, CA
- Santa Cruz, CA
- Madison or Milwaukee, WI
- Boulder, CO
- Philadelphia, PA
- Portland, ME

Any additional knowledge of other cities would be enormously helpful!
