Hi all,
This has been bugging me for ages, so I thought I'd turn it over to the collective wisdom of the forum to help with...
A few years back I read a quote that said "the purpose of planning is to protect us from the worst excesses of capitalism" (it may not be verbatim, due to limitations of my memory).
Since then, I've sporadically tried searching for it on the internet to identify who it belongs to, but to no avail. Has anyone heard this quote before? Is it ringing any bells? If anyone could help me identify it, it would be most appreciated!
Regards,
Rewey
