    Our highest month is August where it ranges from 62.8-81.8.

    I am not the AQ guy. However it does appear that you have a much greater spread than we do; with much lower lows and higher highs. FWIW our biggest problem is in a small part of the region and is concentrated where there are two steel plants and a coal power plant in close proximity.
