I know of another power nap club... this looked like the gallery last night at our Municipal Planning Commission meeting. The MPC deliberates behind closed doors and then returns with a consensus decision. During the 45 minutes or so of nothing in the Chambers, you can actually start to hear snores coming from the audience.
