Advice from Reader's Digest... (no pun intended)...

"13 Ways To Beat The Afternoon Slump at Work":
    http://www.rd.com/health/wellness/13...slump-at-work/

    I loved their chocolate suggestion...
    ...until read their "no-more-than-one-morsel" rule!

There is no good answer other than know your body and understand the glycemic index.
If you want different results in your life, you need to do different things than you have done in the past. Change is that simple.

I avoid heavy carb meals and size. Plus I drink a lot of water everyday.

And I also make excuses to go walk around my downtown when I want to.

It's nice to be the boss.
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Every day is today. Yesterday is a myth and tomorrow an illusion.

    You know...for kids.
