BOCA is fine for most applications, but what about the exceptions, like historic rehab? Some states are developing a diiferent set of codes for such cases. New Jersey has been a leader in this. You can't really say there is a "best" out there. It is all a matter of context.

Yeah BOCA isa really just a broad summary of all the codes out there.

In PA we just switched to the IBC Codes.
