    Tijuana Style

What do you think of these new apartments in Tijuana? Would they look good in Detroit? LA? Phoenix? Could this even get a permit? Those interior hall bars on the window look like a code violation?

With industrial strength pigeon spikes and double bolted doors with a steel bar to boot how could you not survive the zombie invasion? Just sit back on the patio, sip your tequila sunrise, and watch the city burn. Try not to morn that poor donkey, he had a good life.

Modern industrial design with a hint of California modernism to boot. Seems appropriate for TJ, actually. Would need to be modified for another area, but these structures are somewhat modular to begin with. So why not?
