    Community Planning Consultant, Upstate NY

    Hi,
After using this site to look into a few issues like "Motor Sports Facilities" I've decided to enter the conversation. My company develops comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances, areawide brownfield plans, parks masterplanning, etc, across NY. Hoping to get insight on issues that other planners encounter in their communities.

Greetings from a fellow Dark Sider in greater Atlanta.
I found you a new motto from a sign hanging on their wall…"Drink coffee: do stupid things faster and with more energy"

    Hello, from Central !
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011

Welcome from NC... we have plenty of Motor Sports Facilities in the State including a hall of fame dedicated to NASCAR.

*although none in the community I work in.
If you want different results in your life, you need to do different things than you have done in the past. Change is that simple.
