Hello from St. Johns County, FL

    Hello All,

My name is joseph and I'm currently the special projects manager in the Growth Management Department of St. Johns County FL. I've been here for 3 years now and am opening up my resources as I plan to rewrite big sections of St Johns County's Land Development Code. Look forward to speaking with most of you.

Hello from Kansas. Stick around and join the pointless conversations along with the "educational" ones.
I don't pretend to understand Brannigan's Law. I merely enforce it.

Yo from the northwest ATL burbs.
I found you a new motto from a sign hanging on their wall…"Drink coffee: do stupid things faster and with more energy"

More greetings from the Hoosier state! Welcome aboard and I hope to see you around.
Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration.

    Howdy from Central Texas!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011
