    Greeting from North Texas!

Public administration background (mostly nonprofit management). Transitioning into urban planning from the human services field. Current interests include bike, pedestrian and transit planning.

If all goes well, I'll be at the CNU conference this May (not 100% sold on the idea of new urbanism, but it seems like a great learning opportunity). Maybe I'll see some of you there?

    Hello from Kansas.
I don't pretend to understand Brannigan's Law. I merely enforce it.

Howdy from a former Dallas Co. resident, now in Central TX!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011

Hello - another Texan here but closer to the middle of the state.
When Jesus said "love your enemies", he probably didn't mean kill them.
