    Single-family questions/POD customers

Is anyone currently using any web-based or otherwise tech solutions to help single family applicants determine the zoning regulations that their respective lots are subject to?

When I worked in the county planning and zoning department, our zoning layer was available via GIS and the Zoning code was available on municode.

Winnipeg has an online search function where you can look up assessments, zoning, ward, councilor etc. based on address. If you really wanted you could look into by-laws / zoning regs to find the specifics of your zone as it only gives the zone, not what is or isn't permitted.
