    Louisville, VCU, Buffalo, Denver, Rutgers??

Hey there! My major interests are community development, economic development, real estate development (all the developments!), and historic preservation within post-industrial cities. I'd love some insight from current students or graduates of the programs I've been admitted to (especially Louisville -- there doesn't seem to be much info on cyburbia about it!).
    • University of Louisville
    • Virginia Commonwealth University
    • University at Buffalo
    • University of Colorado at Denver
    • Rutgers

At this point, I think I'm leaning towards Louisville or Rutgers, but any and all advice is welcome!

How are the program's core courses? The courses in my areas of interest? Do the faculty take an interest in the masters-level students' work? Do faculty and students take advantage of the surrounding city regularly for coursework, internships, etc.?

I am biased for University of Colorado at Denver (UCD) because that is where I went 26 yrs ago.
