Sears in my hometown has finally bitten the big one. Kmart still hanging on . . . . for now.
    He's a planner, he's a dreamer, he's a sordid little schemer,
Seems to think that money grows on trees . . .

Brick and mortar retail along with malls are dead. Lots of repurposing going on in my neck of the woods.
    The content contrarian

We have the empty husk of the first SuperK in the nation here in my small city in NEOH. The anchor design of the surrounding shopping center is dying due to the giant 300,000 sqft blackhole at it's center.

We are actively trying to encourage a major grayfield redevelopment of the site and center into something completely different - such as BelMar Mall in Lakewood, CO. It already has a street grid backbone (though private) built in and connected to the greater public street network.
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Every day is today. Yesterday is a myth and tomorrow an illusion.

    You know...for kids.
