Secret Santa announcements went out just now so check your inboxes - if you did not get one, let me know as that means I screwed up royally but it can be fixed! Have fun and don't forget to post of a pic of your received present in this sticky thread!

Picked up my local stuff, now to get more personalized. Hope to finish this week, and mail in enough time to be under the tree on Christmas morning!

Half purchased for my victim. The other half is being procured fairly soon. Hint to victim...it ain't headed east.

The bad thing is I don't have presents to mail out this year, otherwise it would be ready for that PO run.

I picked up a couple nice things from Lindsborg, our local Swedish town, but I need a little more to fill out the gift package. I'm hoping the local stores have something, but in this town that's a lot of hoping. I really don't want to drive to Wichita so I can shop local.

Got a great gift from Peach. Best peanuts ever. A VA glass that the youngest is eyeing. Some hot sauce that will go great with my next tacos and of course a bottle opener for whatever beer I知 drinking with it. The oldest is eyeing the VA cookie cookie cutter filled with chocolate but she痴 not getting it. Maybe I値l share.

    Thanks Peach!

I should have mine ready to go out Monday if I can find some ribbon

Oh... was I supposed to wrap the gifts??? I知 glad everything got there safely! I was so worried about the glass breaking while it was being shipped! And that you liked the peanuts! That was the one thing I wasn稚 sure of. It was fun making the selections.

So your recipients 47 questions answers were that useful ?

I didn't feel that they were. - I just did a variation of what I did last year.

Maybe I知 just a really good gift giver and enjoyed analyzing every single post for my recipient to find the perfect gifts!!! Or maybe I got lucky to get someone that has a strong online personality (in a completely good way).

The answers were kind of helpful, and I知 responding to one in particular as best I can. The gifts should be mailed to some place that isn稚 here mid-week.

The youngest has already usurped the glass, but the chocolate is all mine! Since sugar cookie baking time is coming up this week we'll probably have a couple Virginia shaped cookies. PS, hot sauce with chorizo eggs kicks @ss.

The questions help. You never know what line someone will pick up on to get the right gift. In my case, it's just hard to find good local stuff.

My stuff is packed up and getting shipped east today.
