That's what we do with it. I lived in VA Beach and Norfolk. She likes to see what picture is next to what city. She now learned that a lot of the founding father's lived in the state.

I got home to find some happy mail waiting for me! JNA sent a very thoughtful package of a really pretty coffee mug, a silver Christmas ornament showing a historic library, a stocking with my initial that did not contain any coal, some dark Hershey kisses and some red pens that my admin will especially appreciate. He was also thoughtful enough to pass along some information on the local area AND wrapped all the items individually which was above and beyond what I had done. My favorite, though, was the inclusion of a couple of small recipe collections - I’ll look forward to trying out a few of those!

Thank you so much for the goodies!! They will all be put to get use.

Box brought to work, in preparation for standing in line at USPS at lunch. It's going out today! It's headed north and east of me.

I'm glad I didn't sign up. Life got weird. Last week was a 60 hour week, a couple weeks ago my wife fell while out walking and jacked up several things including her hand so she's hesitant to drive if she has a potential chauffeur (and she does), and we have a new puppy in the house.

But we don't have the tree up yet.

The package has shipped to somewhere north of me.

A package is on the way to somewhere warmer than Iowa.

Thanks dvd! He sent a scented candle, scented soap, a card with an old farm scene, straw ornaments from a Swedish town in Kansas, a sunflower-shaped piece of chocolate; and best of all - two beautiful and detailed wooden ornaments handmade by dvd.

Victim, I mailed your gift this morning, and Shirley at the post office tells me you should have it by Wednesday.

Hey-TT, did you get my gift? It should have arrived Saturday.

Per their tracking website, my SS gift was delivered this morning at 7:31. So only 2 days AFTER the original estimated delivery date.

According to Rodrigo at the local branch of the USPS, my victim should be victimized this coming Thursday. Such victimization will occur in a place that is warmer than hereabouts.

Thank you, Giff, for the awesome box!

    2 bags Sterzing's Tri-Some Potato Chips (mine!)
1 bag cheese & 1 bag caramel popcorn (will share with spouse)
    1 Good Luck Pig pin
    1 pair Iowa heart earrings
3 Iowa postcards (and let's just say I'm fine not driving Snake Alley!)
    1 microwave potato pouch

The pig will get worn this week when I make my Council presentation!

My package from the infamous kms was on my doorstep when I got home yesterday. All really good PA stuff too!

Buckwheat pancakes will be made this weekend with plenty of PA syrup.
There are a few less chocolate covered pretzels (The Girl found them, but I opened them).
I can't wait to break into the edible packing (white cheddar popcorn).

Thank you very muchly kms! Yummy!

My goodies will likely go out on the 26th or 27th. This week is turning out more busy than expected...

You are welcome! Everyone that used to live here asks for Sterzing's in their care packages. Apparently you can also use them as a fire starter in an emergency situation. The cheese popcorn is delicious, be sure to have a wet nap handy though, your hands get pretty cheesy.
