    Using GPS to track mileage

    LOL sounds like a nutty idea, but to hijack the idea of paying ones own fair share I agree with the premise.

    If my ecological footprint is smaller than my neighbors why shouldn't I reap some sort of tax benefit or he should pay a tax premium?

    Perhaps we could afix condoms with some form of transponder and tax both parties involved? The taxES are already built in to the PRICE OF THE GAS! Leave us alone you damn politicians!
