    Trip Generation

I've misplaced my cheat-sheet. Does anybody know the number of daily trips generated by a one bedroom and two-bedroom apartment? Thanks.

Are we talking ITE rates here? Low-rise, high-rise, rental or condo?

Correct, ITE. These are low-rise rental apartments, 8-, 16-, and 24-unit buildings.

The ITE rates don't break down by #of bedrooms, only dwelling units.

6th Edition ITE Trip Generation Manual indicates that a low-rise apartment building generates an average of 6.59 trips per occupied dwelling unit on a daily basis.
