greetings from near the ohio river

Don't tell me about having or needing a colorful/diverse background to be a planner, I just have it:
    Covering many threads -
Lived in NJ, UT, TX, CO(lived at 10,000 elev), IN
    Education -
started in Landscape Architecture, finished in Geography, MURP, EMI (Emmitsburg, MD)
    BP (Before Planning) -
Shipyard (pipefitter), Oilfield (wireline), Resort (beach & ski), Utility (sewer), Volunteer Firefighter/EMT, etc...
    Planning Experience -
State Trails Program, Comp Plans, Census, LEPC, NFIP-CRS, AICP, etc...
    Other -
10 yrs w/ same city, 10 yrs sober, ride a bicycle, and have a connection to Canada.
    Oddball
Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
    From Kelly's Heroes (1970)

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

Welcome! Are you currently in IN? We need more midwesterners here. Let me know where to add a dot to the map.

This is a pretty mixed bunch of folks so you will fit right in-just join in the mayhem and enjoy!

I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Let's not be didactic in this profession, because that is a path to disillusion and irrelevancy.
