Not only did I pass, but now I'm in the exclusive 30 clube. Only 1970 to go for the 2000 clube.!
Is there an online way to find out if you passed? I'm just dying to know!
I also passed, though I have no idea what my actual score was. Doesn't matter though because I FREAKIN' PASSED!!!
congrats!
just like does not really matter which p-school you went to...
does it really matter what your score was,
all that matters is that you PASSED
now you get to pay more dues!

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

I passed for the children. It was a victory for children everywhere.
What was with the Chauncey Group letter that came with the letter from AICP? Was that our score? If so, what happened to using words in a order where they express a clear thought? Judging from the number mentioned in my letter, I appear to have passed by the skin of my teeth.
Congratulations to one and all!
Now I suppose I really ought to consider taking that !@#! exam next year.

Congrats EG and others (why do we always have people come out of the woodwork when the AICP test rolls around?)
Now for $20.00 more you can get a certificate that says YOU are a bona fide AICPer !
I decided with the APA convention close next year, I'm going to do the test in 2004 even though it goes against all my morals.
I'm going to do it for the children. Someone think about the children!
Mike,
You are so correct to think about the children. It is all about our future leaders. Remember, it does take a village to raise a child. Blessed be the kinder.
Congrats folks, just beware of the secret rights of passage that must follow passing the test. Be very afraid, Chet is in charge of the hazing....
I'd like to offer up my congrats to all those that passed as well....welcome to the club, now pay your dues!

My Chauncey Group insert said something about curve score of 55. I assume also this means I barely made it - of course I barely studied so what's the difference.
I'm not sure, but I don't think that "55" was your score. I think it is a statement of what the minimum passing score was. I think that if you passed they don't tell you your score. Unless we all got 55. A lot of bar exams work that way. They don't want someone going around saying "I got a 185, so I'm a better lawyer than that 163 dolt." If you pass you're good enough.
Figures that a feel-good liberal group like the APA would not release your score if you pass. We wouldn't want to hurt anyones feelings now would we?
These are the same type of clowns that don't want to keep score in little league because the losing team might feel bad about themselves.

That would make sense, but why then the need for the super-secret insert?
Rich,
Thanks for the information. Just as I suspected, more APA socialism...why not just adopt equal outcomes and have a May Day parade. I want to know how I did, but I suppose it is not my "right" under the glorious five year plan. Oh, well.
This hidden score thing must be new. I know I compared scores with a few people when I took it a couple of years ago.
I think its new too. I remember an old boss knowing his score (and BTW that year, his 71 was not a passing score. Damned weighted curve.....Originally posted by giff57

Just received my letter from AICP stating I passed. 55 must have been the minimum to pass. You know, it does not feel any different. On the good side, I do get a pay raise.
