    ....to which I'd add Firesign Theatre's "Don't Crush The Dwarf, Hand Me The Pliers" specifically the "Morris Science High School Pep Rally Episode..."

    SHB: Thanks for the Lehrer link...he was mentioned on NPR recently...weekend before last, I think...in a book review of comedians of the 50's & 60's. They played "Vatican Rag" which I hadn't heard in years...I was exhausted with laughter.
