Can I see examples of your area plans?

I have to write a small area plan to allow for public assembly uses in an area of town. Does anyone have examples of a smaller area plan that I could look over?

There are several small area (downtown, neighborhood, corridor, etc.) plans on the Dane County BUILD Program site: http://www.co.dane.wi.us/plandev/build/index.shtml

I think it's even going to be smaller than an area plan, it'll be a land use study, perhaps 2 pages at most following the policy,goal,objective layout.
