Okay okay! I'm king for a month. What should I do?

I'm going to be the acting City Administrator for a month, starting Monday. Anyone have some good ideas for fun and games while I'm king?

(Oh, and I can't fire anyone... I already asked.)

You won't be king really. More like chief peon.

Use the opportunity to learn everything you can about the position. Hell, you may just want to go that route whole hawg some day.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

I'm sure giff can give you some ideas, since he's an administrator....

20 minute nap time, that is not enough. 2 hour siesta's in the afternoon.

Get rid of the pesky IT blocks on computers.

    Beer in the pop machines.

Have a bronze statue made of the city's new great leader.

Too lazy to beat myself up for being to lazy to beat myself up for being too lazy to... well you get the point....

Yes, your city needs some massive, Communit monument in a vast concrete plaza.

    What to do?

Free employer supplied yummy, yummy cupcakes for all the good boys and girls.

Also, try and be as patronizing as possible to all underlings, and all residents
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Let's not be didactic in this profession, because that is a path to disillusion and irrelevancy.

    Six seasons and a movie!
