some things never change....this whole energy policy that Junior is endorsing is frustrating. Glad I didn't vote for him. Oh wait, I DID. I voted for Nader(smacking forhead. "dumbass!").
You're more boring than you know.

    A Pox Upon Their Houses....

....and undoubtedly executed for the benefit of the flagrant excess disposable income SUV crowd. I was stuck in traffic this morning, wedged between a Hummer and a Suburban and was later cut-off by a lackey driving an Expedition while on a cell phone. It all makes sens to me now.....

From one green to another - The votes for Nader had nothing to do with who won the election - those votes made absolutely NO difference in any state being carreid by Bush or Gore.

On a related note, in the 2000 election, Spencer Abraham (Our esteemed Secretary of Energy) was running for senate, but the good voters of Michigan said "we think that fat toad is a crook and we're not voting for him!". So, he lost the election, but then Curious George puts him in a seat of even higher power! Just another case in point of how the 2000 election put people in power that were NOT elected by the people.

And here we ahve the beautiful results...

I wanna see those suppressed documents from the secret hearings with Abraham, Cheney, and the rest of the energy lobby!

Please remove your tinfoil beanie and remain where you are. The black helicopters will be there to pick you up shortly.

So Maine Man do you want all cabinet levels elected by public vote?

Tone down the hysterics and if you want to argue specifically why this is a bad idea, please do so.

Does the caption of the link I provided, "Bush Finds Way to Open Arctic to Oil Drilling" seem a little skewed and not very objective? - like Bush found some sneeky loophole to drill in the refuge. It might just be intended to draw readers and isn't necessarily a political thing. This is just a local news station's website so I don't know where the headline originated.
