Here's one question we all knew would be coming. Get your guess in early...
When will Downtown have her baby?
I am going to go first and say Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) at 6:12 PM.

SWAG about 3:00 PM, Thursday.
Oddball
Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
From Kelly's Heroes (1970)
Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.
From Electric Horseman (1979)
Thanksgiving dinner at 6:00 pm will bring the onset of labor at around 9:00 pm, the baby will be born 4:00 AM on Friday, November 28th.
I think that the winner of this pool gets the baby named after their screen name.![]()

All these years the people said he’s actin’ like a kid.
He did not know he could not fly, so he did.

Guns don't kill people. Husbands who come home from work early kill people.
In conjunction with the first quarter of the new moon, my guess is
Sunday the 30th @ 4:20 am

A nuisance may be merely a right thing in the wrong place — like a pig in the parlor instead of the barnyard.
I still say the little bugger is going to come early - November 27, 10:00a.m. Sorry to ruin your Thanksgiving DT - maybe they can bring you some pie in the hospital!
December 1st, 12:00 AM
Girl... (The world needs another Downtown!)![]()
I'll guess December 1 at 6:00 a.m. Although, I hope for Downtown's sake it isn't until later so she can get her house windows replaced.![]()

Off to Zanzibar--To meet the Zanzibarbarians!
You guys are too much. To help in your endeavor, here's the progress update:
Actual Due Date - 11/29, but most first time moms go an extra week.
Weight at 34 wk ultrasound: 5 3/4 lbs (and they gain about 1/2 lbs every week after).
We're having ALL of our windows replaced next week (don't even get me started on that ridiculous timing, especially after waking up to 1/2 of snow this morning), so to avoid bringing a new born home to a house full of holes in the wall, burly men and sawdust, sheer force of will should keep this baby in my uterus until at least Dec 3, so they won't be releasing me from the hospital until the contractors are done.
So everyone have a great thanksgiving and hopefully I'll be posting next monday morning from work.![]()
