This category is intended for images of relatively recent development (post-1970) that could be considered very high quality or a "best practice",
something that can serve as a model for others to follow TODAY.

Please do not use this gallery for images of historic development. Vintage houses, commercial buildings and industrial structures may be attractive, but this category is NOT intended to display what you might see as a "best practice" from the past. An exception: innovative adaptive reuse and infill projects.

Kentlands, Celebration, etc - YES. Shaker Heights, Riverside, etc - NO.

Mizner Park, examples of architectural regulations in action - YES. Country Club Plaza, Shaker Square, Highland Park Village - NO

Contemporary TND houses, green residential construction, etc - YES. 1920s bungalows, Queen Anne-style houses, etc - NO.
