A 1.3 million s.f. mixed use development serving as a major link between the Lowertown historic district and downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota.  The 30 and 46 story housing towers rest on a base
containing retail and office space, a YMCA and a parking lot. The rhythm, texture and massing of the surrounding historic warehouses are maintained along the park facade.

Galtier Plaza received a Presidential Design Award as part of the overall redevelopment of Lowertown.
