      A view of the 110 Building (formerly Pabst Building) taken sometime after 1961. The gabled roof and clocktower were removed from the top of the building in 1948 as their weight was becoming too heavy of a load for the structural system to handle. As a result, the facde of the upper floors became art-decoized. Regardless of those alterations, the structure continued to deteriorate and the Pabst Building (by this time renamed the 110 Building) was completely demolished in 1981.
