The Solito development incorporates a community title scheme. The internal roads are maintained by Brisbane City Council, but all the landscaping is the responsibility of the Body Corporate. The development includes a gym, recreation room and swimming pool for use by the residents and their visitors. While the pool is currently overlooked by Carindale Shopping Centre there will be a 7 storey apartment building built the hide the shopping centre in a later stage of the development.
