Quality of photo is very good. Am I to rate the photo or the subject matter illustrated?
Why is this in the category of "Best Practices?" Am I missing some commentary somewhere?

There's no categorization allowed in the General Development group so I put it in here. Probably not a "best practice", but I thought it was a good example of detached rowhousing. Didn't think it was bad enough to be put in the "ugly" category..
