The City of South Euclid is in the midst of an amortization period where taller pole signs are being replaced with shorter, smaller monument signs. As with other freestanding signs in the city, this sign replaced a taller pole sign. Its constant animation was the impetus for further revisions to the sign code, to ban future electronic message center signs.
