OK - For those of you planning to attend the national conference in Chicago this weekend, here are our plans:

WHAT: Cyburbia Social Hour (s).

WHO: Registered Cyburbia users and guests.

WHEN: Sunday night, April 14th immediately following the opening reception.

WHERE: House of Blues. We did not reserve space, so gather near the bar. A conference badge or something to identify each other with would ne nice... We're open to suggestions.

WHY: To put a real name to user names, and a real face to the avatar (although I an stunningly similar to my avatar).

HOW: I suggest by cab (Dan will buy your first round if you correctly guess to national origin of the driver) or designated driver.

House of Blues sounds great! Can you provide an address or directions. Is a cab required or can folks hoof it?

This is located UNDER the Marina City Towers. The Tower are located along the Chicago River...they are the condo buildings with the parking about 20 stories up. You can't miss it.

It's a little more that a half mile from the Conference Hotel...I'd be walking.

Yep, it's an easy walk / stumble and the weather is supposed to hold out for us too!

Tranplanner, please. All conference goers are still cowering under monumental hangovers and haven't even thought about opening a shade in their hotel yet, let alone getting online and checking cyburbia to scoop each other!
