Well, Today was a crazy day, and we are still trying to figure out if a section can be a rear lot line. With everything going on today, I forgot about the noontime question, so I am going to ask it now.

When you have been busy, what is the biggest thing that you have forgotten to do?

I'm pretty good at making mental notes to remember important stuff, and I refer to my diary every day to check what's on. I've never forgotten to pick anyone up from the airport or anything like that, but I did forget an appointment with an orthopedic specialist last week, and I forgot to go to a meeting the week before, and a couple of times I've taken work home and left it there so had to go pick it up.... d'oh. Maybe I am a bit forgetful?

I wear my sunglasses that have precsription lenses in them on the drive to work every day, and I worry that one day I will leave my regular glasses at home, and have to wear my sunglasses in the office so I can see!

Hey, I've done that! Fortunately, home is a 5 minute ride, so I picked them up at lunch. But my eyes were tired after just four hours wearing them indoors.

I've forgotten to pick up my daughter from daycare. The former daycare. $5.00US per minute past 5:00pm. Got there at 5:28 and she had the nerve round it up to an even 5:30. It's the last $150US she ever got from us |-)

Forgot a lunch date with friends.

Forgot that my (now ex-) spouse and I had ridden to work together, hopped in the car and went home, then of course had to go right back to pick him up.

Lunch, fuel for the car, coffee (very bad forgotten item!), appointments--mostly stuff from home that I forget as I'm rushing out the door. The Palm helps a lot.
Which reminds me--it's dinner time. Oops.

When I'm busy I can easily forget to eat, it doesn't even enter my mind. After really busy days I've missed my exit to go home, forgot where I parked my car, and walked out of the office without my cell or keys.

Mail my Dad's birthday card. It's still sitting on my table, and his birthday was the 10th. My bad....

I don't eat and become very irritable if it goes on too long. Especially, if it's something I don't want to be doing.

About ten minutes before delivering my report at a Plan Commission hearing, I realized I forgot to wear a jacket and tie. I ended up borrowing one of each from a co-worker, but I've learned to always keep a jacket and tie in the office.

I am absolutely awful at this. I buy cards, I fill them out, I have them stamped and ready to go. By March, the christmas cards are finally in the mail.

This is something that happens to me a good bit. I'm really not a pleasant person after going too long without eating.

I've left my keys in my desk three times in the past year, and once I was so busy at work that I did forget what day my buddy's flight was coming in from Denver and showed up at the airport to pick him and his girlfriend up a day early and at the wrong time. The SO says that there's no denying that I'm a natural blonde... she's just jealous. ;-)

Forgot to get an Applicant the approval letter for his preliminary plat approval. That one came back to bite me on the posterior about a year later, when the Commission was going to turn him down for an encroachment onto a county right-of-way (which he had done without said permit), and his lawyer pointed out he never got his approval letter. So he got his encroachment and I got egg on my face.
